Jon has extensive senior financial and business management experience, specializing in restructuring and workout, distressed debt, credit analysis, and business advisory over a career spanning more than three decades across Asia and Australia. He qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, both currently non-practicing.
The Sales Innovation.io team is expanding! We are delighted to welcome Vic Masi as our Head of Sales, ANZ and Richard Wilkins as our knowledge partner in AI.
Based in Australia, Vic Masi has over 30 years of experience as a business lead. In addition to leading and managing multinational organisations, he has also incorporated his own software start-up business. By adopting a coaching leadership style, he has also mentored and inspired others to develop their skillsets and be the best versions of themselves.
Richard Wilkins is a seasoned technology executive with over three decades of experience, he led the definition and establishment of Cloud Services Management and Operations, (CSMO), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and AI for Operations (AIOps) practices for IBM. After leaving IBM, he co-founded Wilkins Technologies, a Singapore-based company that provides executive-level consulting in the areas of AI for Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, AI and Machine Learning and sustainability engineering.
We have an exciting new addition to our leadership team and regional reach in the Asia-Pacific region. Please welcome Scott (Youngsoo) Lee to the Sales Innovation.io team as the country GM for Korea!
Scott is known in the Korean market as the Korean Godfather of SaaS; having him join our team is an extreme privilege.
He is already shaking things up at Sales Innovation, and we are happy to benefit from his experiences and extensive contact network. He was the Korea country manager for Informatica, Pivotal, and Salesforce, and the Head of Applications for Oracle. His passion for SaaS ultimately led to the creation of Digiformer SaaSlab, his startup that helped the adoption of SaaS in the Korean market. The company eventually merged with CloIT, where he led a team of more than 400 people to help with cloud adoption in Korea before joining us.
He has been an active proponent of developing Korea's own SaaS ecosystem, collaborating closely with Korean government agencies to help set agendas to foster homegrown solutions.
His knowledge and experience will benefit companies looking to expand their presence in Korea and Korean SaaS companies looking to go global!
