Hello, I'm Yujin! I have spent the last 25 years pursuing my passion for growing software businesses in Asia Pacific. I have built a proven track record of driving accelerated growth by assembling high-performance teams.
Having lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, and Korea, I have gained diverse experiences and perspectives that helped me become a successful business leader.
I began my career as a strategy and planning consultant at Oracle Asia Pacific and travelled extensively throughout the region. I then got involved in building an APAC inside sales organisation of 200 sales reps. After that, I set up a technology sales organisation at Oracle Korea of about 75 people delivering 100M in revenue. I started and fostered a CIO community program with companies like Samsung, LG, SKT, Hyundai and other large companies.
After moving to Singapore, I engaged in direct selling in enterprise sales winning 1-5M$ deals. Once I resumed sales management roles, I spent 5 years leading regional teams as a GM for ASEAN at Dell Software and as a GM for ASEAN and India at Software AG carrying 20-50M of total revenue.
In my last corporate role, I was the Asia Pacific Regional President for Unit 4. During my tenure, annual recurring business sales grew by 170%. Our team reduced employee churn and increased employee and customer satisfaction ratings.
I am a Doctoral candidate for Business Administration and Innovation at Singapore Management University. I am committed to continuously developing my skills and expertise and to driving growth and innovation to meet the demands of the fast-changing software industry.
Hello, my name is Nick, and I bring over 38 years of professional experience spanning the APJ region.
I started my career in the Australian Public Service and later joined KPMG as a consultant. My career took me to Fujitsu, Oracle, Compuware, Concur, and SAP, where I held strategic and business planning roles and sales management roles. I have calculated this includes some 120 qtrs of selling!
I have managed teams of over 1,400 people and 1 billion in revenue. I have also worked with a small team of 25 people, with $9M across four regional offices. I grew them to over 250 people in 8 offices generating over $100m in recurring SaaS revenue over five years. I have opened offices in many regional cities and worked with Partners to enable local data centres.
My experience has equipped me to adapt to different work environments and cultures and effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from all walks of life.
Although I started my career in Australia, I have been in the Asia Pacific region for most of my professional life, with Singapore as my home.

I have spent the most recent few years investing, mentoring, advising and growing technology start-ups worldwide, working with VCs and PEs. Before that, I spent most of my career managing mergers and acquisitions of small and large technology companies, particularly in Fintech.

I am based in Singapore, and I have extensive senior financial and business management experience, specializing in restructuring and workout, distressed debt, credit analysis, and business advisory over a career spanning more than three decades across Asia and Australia. I qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, both currently non-practising.
I served as a Director with an investment bank for nearly 7 years. Prior to that, I advised banks, financial institutions, funds, and corporations as a restructuring advisor with a multinational advisory firm across Asia. I began my career with a Big Four accounting firm in tax, subsequently transitioning to roles in strategic and business planning, company secretarial work, and sales operations for Oracle in Australia and New Zealand.
Additionally, I co-founded a literary charity and managed a Creative Writing Programme at one of Singapore’s top two universities. I also sit on an advisory committee for a Singaporean government board.

Having built and run sales teams and channels spanning APAC and EMEA for many large and small enterprises, I have acquired a thorough understanding of the various strategies and tactics utilized to meet the expectations of leaders and shareholders. Most importantly, my expertise lies in identifying and executing unique go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Being results oriented, I have delivered exceptional results, including the largest win ever for IBM Security APAC in Korea. Moreover, I launched a global channel program at Checkmarx while leading my North Asia team to double-digit growth in the overall annual recurring revenue in a very competitive DevSecOps market.

I graduated at the top of my engineering class in 1991 and began at Reliance, gaining valuable manufacturing experience. I then spent 6 years at Honeywell in industrial automation sales and later joined SAP (2000-2005), managing sales across manufacturing, utilities, telecom, and ITS/ITES sectors.
I moved to BFSI with NCR, then became Sales Director at Oracle for West India. After 3 years, I joined Experian to launch Decision Analytics in India, focusing on retail fraud and credit risk.
Returning to SAP in 2011, I led professional services sales and achieved 50% growth over 2 years. I then worked at Seclore in cybersecurity, followed by a role as Managing Director for Nielsen Gracenote in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Most recently, I managed Comscore’s India and APAC business until January 2024.
Now, I have joined the Sales Innovation team to provide sales advisory services, leveraging my extensive experience in technology-enabled solutions with a focus on India and the Middle East.

I have a wide array of technology experience, from programming roles to client consulting, support services, pre-sales, and then ultimately to sales and sales management roles such as Managing Director, CEO and Board member. My work has taken me across Australia and New Zealand, across 18 countries in APAC and across the globe.
I have managed many diverse teams over the years, from small teams within startups to large teams across many geographies, cultures and time zones. I have built businesses from small revenues to over US$100M per annual revenue.

During my career, I managed various sales organisations, from small teams to over 400 people generating hundreds of millions of software revenues in the Greater China Region (China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan)
I accelerated software business growth in companies like Informix, Oracle, and SAP-Concur since 1993 and focused on growing the SaaS revenue in Oracle and SAP in the last eight years. I bring in-depth knowledge of driving methodology and strategies in sales, services, and channels business, especially during this SaaS Evolution. The China Market usually takes longer to accept new technology/solutions from other regions. Still, the market is the fastest revenue-growing machine with the “China Speed.”

I live in South Korea, and I have over 33 years of experience in global and Korean domestic business development and sales in the software industry.
I have successfully established Korean subsidiaries of global companies four times. I was the Korea Country Manager of Informatica, Pivotal, and Salesforce, and the Country Head of Cloud Apps at Oracle. Most recently, I was the CEO of CLOIT, a Korean Cloud Services company with over 450 people.
SaaS business has been my passion, demonstrated by the fact that I was the first to start a SaaS business in Korea in 2008. In 2020, I founded a startup in Korea called “SaaSlab,” which runs a SaaS marketplace. I aim to help established companies in Korea expand globally by sharing my experiences and solutions. Moreover, I have an optimized methodology to help global companies enter the Korean market and create partnerships and a strong customer base in Korea.

I’m a software technologist and a product evangelist with over 25 years of experience. I started as a developer working on national-level projects in Singapore. I then moved through various presales roles with Quest Software, initially covering South East Asia and then Asia Pacific. My most recent position before joining Sales Innovation was as a GTM strategist and Chief Technologist across Asia Pacific with HVR, which Fivetran subsequently acquired.
I enjoyed working closely with the GMs of all Asia Pacific countries to build country-specific GTM plans. I also learned a lot about enabling internal sales and presales teams in countries and channel partner teams across the region.
The most rewarding experience was helping to introduce and grow many new products and abling them to expand and gain customers and revenue base throughout Asia Pacific.

I am a seasoned technology executive with over three decades of experience, including being appointed as an IBM Distinguished Engineer in 2015.
While at IBM, I was a founding member of the AIOps Elite team, and I led the definition and establishment of Cloud Services Management and Operations, (CSMO), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and AI for Operations (AIOps) practices for IBM.
I have collaborated with technology and business stakeholders to build and deliver complex technology strategies while articulating complex technical concepts. Furthermore, I provide clear and concise communication plans for executive sponsors to help them identify and resolve complex risks and issues.
After leaving IBM, I co-founded a leading technology company, Wilkins Technologies, where I provide executive-level consulting in the areas of AI for Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, AI and Machine Learning and sustainability engineering.
